He solved a squeaking sound,  and cleaned the inside of the dryer (1st time it had been done in 20 years). He was very patient and informative in explaining what he was doing. He got the dishwasher working with a touch of a button and he showed me how to fix it if it happens again. He doesn’t even know whether or not I will get charged because it was as simple as pushing a button, but even if I do, it was worth it because my dishwasher is working now
